I had trouble in the design screen getting the image to fit properly. I had trouble with getting the color contrast right in the design process also. The finished product reflected those difficulties. The quality of the bag is average, so paying the premium price was mostly for the customized graphics on the bag. I was disappointed with this product. As noted above, I was very disappointed.
