He is the oldest of his clan, descended from an ancient race of Northern Bovines and proud to lead his kind across frost-tinged tundra and grassy plain. Tomorrow will bring an ice-ringed sun again to light the Northern lands.
"The muskox (Ovibos moschatus) is an Arctic mammal of the Bovidae family, noted for its thick coat and for the strong odour emitted by males, from which its name derives. This musky odour is used to attract females during mating season. Muskoxen live primarily in Arctic North America, with small reintroduced populations in Sweden, Siberia and Norway."

I originally ordered this print in a larger size but was not pleased with the clarity of it. When I contacted Zazzle, they responded really quickly and were very helpful. The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it.
