The coffee text reads: This coffee was brewed using a standardised method as recommended by the world's top coffee growers and roasters, which has been found to maximise the extraction of the beneficial flavours of coffee, while minimising the extraction of bitter coffee compounds and undesirable components. This Coffee was brewed at 195-205°F for 4.5 to 5 minutes using a ratio of 55 grams of ground coffee per litre of filtered water. The water used was tested to ensure a properly balanced inorganic minerals and metals content. This coffee cup was manufactured to exacting standards and is capable of containing the suggested serving of 8-9 Fluid ounces of coffee, leaving an acceptable buffer against potential spillage due to vibration and/or tilt up to 10° from centre in any direction.
