I think someone tried to deliver my initial order but it did not get to me. Zazzle responded timely to get another sent over with an express shipping charge. I don't mind it but I wish I was informed that I was going to be charged for it. So I had to ask if I was also going to be charged for the one that did not get to me. This one arrived today as scheduled tracked real time with notification from Zazzle. I'm very happy with regards to the product quality and print. Print was really good :)

This case is more of an otter type case. It has flaps that cover all of the plugs . I didn't realize how clunky it would be.. hence my 4 stars, although I should have done a bit more investigating. All in all, pretty cool you can get a William Morris I phone case! printing was ok ... not very sharp but pretty
