A mug is a mug, and this one came exactly as advertised, easily in time for Christmas. As an aerospace engineer, I was really glad to be able to fix the rocket equation on the mug--the customization capabilities were greatly appreciated. I was also able to order one for my future in-laws that said "My son is an aerospace engineer". I was warned that the image could turn out a little grainy, and it did. But it's not dramatic enough to be noticeable unless you're looking for it.

It arrived safely and on time. The product is of great quality and I am more than pleased with my purchase. The coffee mug is beautifully painted in the two-tone hunter green, with the NZ Fantail bird depicted on both front and back and looks amazing.
