My ornament for my puppy turned out really cute! The printing was clear. It arrived 4 days after I ordered it, so that was great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it turned out just like the preview photo, EXCEPT the hole that's drilled for the ribbon was drilled where it cut off part of the C in Christmas. Other than that I'm happy with it. Printing was clear, colors were exactly like the preview.
