My Morning MediCation under a Tree in Spring T-Shirt

Remind the world what research shows - a disciplined (remember to be a disciple we gots be disciplined) DAILY PRACTICE of meditation and/or prayer, preferably outdoors with the sounds of nature, is a GOD SEND for our TOTAL WELL BEING: reduced cortisol means reduced stress means increased immunity and just a plain OLE SENSE OF CALM<> CALM<>CALM. A mediCation of MEDITATION connects us with our ABC (Always Beloved Creator). No crazy side-effects. Back side of tee shares scripture from the various wisdom traditions, who ALL SAY THE SAME THING! Go figure, when we tap into our ABC we all become sages: “LIGHT comes through the mind & illuminates the body. Integrate all within and light WILL SHINE EVERYWHERE.” (Says the Dialogue of a Saviour) “In deep meditation taste the nectar of Truth.” (TRUE DAT Dharmmapada!) “With a quiet mind seek harmony within yourself” (YAY! to the Bhagavad Gita for that reminder.) “In returning and resting in Me, You SHALL BE HEALED.
