A fractal interpretation of the Greek legend of Narcissus. Add your own text. Narcissus, son of the God Cephissus (associated with the river Cephissus in Thrace) and the nymph Liriope, was extremely proud of his good looks. As a result he was arrogant and dismissive of all around him. Nemesis, the god of divine retribution took note of Narcissus and attracted him to a pool of water in which he saw his own reflection. Narcissus fell in love with his reflection, not realising it was merely an image. Narcissus was unable to tear himself away from his own reflection and eventually drowned. The term narcissism,a fixation with ones' self and how how they are seen by others, comes from this legend.

Zazzle's customization option allowed me to replace the 'bridesmaid' lettering with the name of a dear friend. The flip flops were meant for as a gift . When the gift was opened my friend was floored. It turned out beautiful.
I can't speak to the wearibility or comfort of the shoe since it was a gift. However, it presents itself well. The color scheme on this particular shoe is stunning. The clolors are vivid and rich.
