I ordered this watch for my 16 year old daughter for Christmas. I arrived on time. However, my daughter did not like the watch. She did not like the clear band or the monogram. I contacted Zazzle's customer service. They answered my e-mail promptly and approved a full refund! I would definitely order from Zazzle again! The colors were a little muted compared to this picture on the website.

They color and design is exactly what I expected. Decent quality watch however the buckle is plastic that seems a little flimsy. They design is really cute and the colors were true to what showed online. If recommend offering a larger or oversized option since the is the design on the face and it is really quite small. It could be more of a statement pice of it was larger.
