These turned out perfect! I ordered the "champagne shimmer" paper, which brought the sparkles to life and gave the blue background a bit of metallic oomph as well. Using the champagne background also made the contrast between the print and the blue a tiny bit less stark, while retaining all the crisp and fresh detail I wanted.
The cardstock was an excellent weight - not at all flimsy - and the printing was crisp and correctly registered.
In my design, I added a very small pop of color in rules setting apart the RSVP block, which also seemed to bring the design together and intensify the perception of the blue just a bit.
In the one photo, you can see the shimmer effect that added a lot to the overall upscale feel of these invitations. The colors were exactly as expected and the printing was crisp, clear, and within registration. I was quite pleased!
