I thought of this while watching my cousin drive on the interstate after just getting her Learners Permit. She was very nervous and people kept getting frustrated with her driving slow. Which of course made things worse.Maybe if they knew they might think better of flipping the bird to a fifteen year old new driver. And I thought it might be fair to warn those around her. (just kidding Alison)
