It was for my daughters Birthday 9th Oct. This was within the estimated delivery date but only by a couple of days. I therefore spoke to your bot who checked and said arrival should be 7th Oct., so I place the order. It did not arrive til 19th Oct. by which time her birthday was well over. Wont be ordering again from Zazzle / the US. .
