This drawing of a whimsical bear swatting at a swarm of bees in the forest is the final illustration at the end of Frederick Schwatka's "Nimrod of the North, or, Hunting and Fishing Adventures in the Arctic Regions," published in 1885. Could make an interesting retirement card for the outdoorsman (or -woman) in your life. A customisable version where you can add your own text (instead of "Th End") appears on other products in this store with the title "Bear and Bees."
