We all know that Barack Obama is very addicted to cigarettes. He has been trying unsuccessfully to quit smoking just as he has been unable to cut back on federal spending. This parody politics humour design is based Obama’s addictions. The image depicts a big waft of smoke rising upward from the cigarette dangling from Obama's mouth as he eagerly puffs away with his head cocked over in a relaxed posture and a smerking grin on his face.
