Odlion Redon Beautiful glowing flowers CC1256 Art Poster
Poster inspired by a wonderful pastel by French artist Odilon Redon (Large green vase with mixed flowers, 1910-1912).
Odilon Redon often painted supernatural subjects, and was even able to make a conventional still-life look otherworldy. He chose brilliant colours, and also maximised their intensity by using complementary colours (yellow and purple, green and red), and then there is this very special background. Very pleasing to look at, but do the flowers have a table to stand on or not?
The image file is really great. It is also so large (3823 x 4630 pixels) that you can choose any poster size except the XL option. If you like to, you can also change the paper type. Semi-Gloss has a nice preview, but I do think you can choose a less expensive paper type and still get a really great looking poster. Digital restoration in January 2022.
