This shirt is created due to a Tornado that ripped through Offutt Air Force Base on the evening of June 16th 2017 from apprx 8:03 p.m. - 8: 18 p.m. with a path of apprx. 9.3 miles wide. Winds at 120 - 135 miles per hour. Some how no one was hurt that i know about as I was the 911 Dispatcher on duty at the time of the event in the Emergency Communications Centre.
