I can't tell you how amazing Zazzle's customer service is! I accidently orders my baby shower invites and had the wrong name on the "___ is registered at.." line and didn't notice the typo until AFTER they'd shipped. I was freaking out to say the least, so I contacted customer service and they credited my account with no hassle at all. I was expecting to be out $160 and have buy all new ones since it was my fault for not double checking before i ordered! I cannot thank you enough Zazzle, you have been wonderful to order from. I will be recommending you to all my friends and family going forward. The printing turned out beautiful! Great product!!

My order was late and I ordered with express shipping. I was in panic mode the entire time until I received them because they were my baby shower invites and I needed them sent out by a certain date. I was suppose to receive my order on the 14th or 15th but I didn’t receive it until the 20th. I emailed and called about it but no one really did anything. I just had to wait. If you’re in a rush and need something by a certain date I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. But if you order ahead a time then I will recommend Zazzle. Because once I received my order the invites were beautiful. The printing was beautiful and my invites were beautiful!

It took me a little practice to get used to using the customization tools, so I got some kind emails describing how to fix the problems. But once I got it figured out, it was simple and I was grateful for the quick service and turn-around. The card stock is nice, and the design is so cute I couldn't resist. It's perfect for what I needed. No issues with the printing, the colors seem to be right on. I think the card may have been cut slightly off-center, but hard to know because it may have also been my error in customizing the text.
