This ancient painting dates back to the 16th century being part of a book on Herbal Medicine originally by Pedanius Dioscorides, (40 - 90 AD), a Greek physician and botanist. It was re published by Italian doctor, Pietro Mattioli in the late 1500's. This fascinating watercolour illustration of a larger than life Viola with an ancient landscape as a backdrop is featured here.

I just love these cushions which I used for two biatro chairs they are so sophisticated looking; far nicer than anything else I've seen on the market. I hopenyou will continue to offer this product for a long time. It would be wonderful if these cushions were available for lounge chairs and outdoor patio chairs which are a little larger in size. Beautifully done. Doesn't even look like it was printed, more like a fabric.
