I've had the wonderful privilege to travel to Tuscany, Italy and harvest olives over the past two seasons. The way they look in the crate was such an amazing photo opportunity. I have taken dozens of photos of different olives from a variety of trees. Each one is as unique as a snowflake; there are no two alike.
