MEANING: This is the symbol and the mantra associated with the Crown Chakra, Sahasrara Chakra. "OM" may be chanted while keeping yourself concentrated on feeling the energy of this center at the top of your head, where once you had the anterior fontanella when you were a baby (the soft spot where the skull has not sealed yet). You may not consciously feel it initially, but with practice, you will. I had purchased the flowy tank for another graphic so I knew it would fit. Nice light fabric, perfect for summer, doesn't cling. The white can be a little shear, you can definitely see your bra through it so if that bothers you, go for a darker color. I have worn this out during the day, and at the gym. The colors are washed out. The blue is more of a pale light blue as compared with the graphic displayed on the website. I would have liked the colors a little more saturated but still nice.
