Orangutans are the gentle red haired ape found only on the island of Borneo and Sumatra. All of the orangutans in this calendar are orphans at the Care Centre on the island of Borneo. Orangutans are intelligent, gentle, and endangered. The artist volunteers with these orphans and donates her profits to support more rescues and rehabilitation of the hundreds of babies brought to this centre.
