I had to call because the first item came with the sample name on it. I guess I didn't know how to edit it correctly..Anyhow, the customer service rep helped me through ordering another one. She was so helpful ! This company is great ! I was looking for a leopard ornament and WOW they had such a great selection.. I can't wait to order something for a birthday party. The second ornament with the help of the customer service rep came out so much better. She suggested script writing and it was awesome. She guided me through every step.
