I had first ordered before Christmas. The ornament that arrived was not what I had expected due to the lettering being too light. I contacted Zazzle & they credited my account. I then reordered & changed the color of the lettering. I love the product that I received. I will have it for a lifetime. I couldn't find an ornament in the stores for what I had in mind but Zazzle provided me with ones that I could customize for my needs. Thank you! The first order was too light. What I had customized on computer did not look the same on finished product. Lettering too light but I was able to reorder with a credit to my account
