Image looks great it's a nice ornament, creating it was extremely easy to upload your own image. Printing was perfect, although I did not realize I could customize the back of the ornament and the first one I had purchased had the sample information printed on the back. I called to see if I could get it replaced and it was absolutely no problem getting one replaced and shipped out to me within a couple days without any charge and they allowed me to use the same discount I had used she first purchasing the item. I definitely feel confident from ordering from Zazzle again.
