Our refuge & strength apron

Psalm 46:1-2 "God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea." Storms come. The ground can feel unsteady. Life does not always unfold in calm and predictable ways. Psalm 46 reminds us that faith is not the absence of trouble, but the presence of a refuge within it. Even when mountains fall and the waters rise, there is a place of safety that cannot be shaken. This image captures that contrast - turmoil all around, yet something firm, steady, and secure at the center. A quiet encouragement for those walking through uncertain seasons, and a reminder that we do not face them alone.
