"King of the Coneflower" Watercolor Art 18x24 Poster by Watercolor Artist Jean Weiner "King of the Coneflower" features a Painted Lady Butterfly that has landed on a purple coneflower in full bloom. Late last summer, several of these butterflies visited our backyard flower garden. The patch of coneflowers began as a single perennial plant, gifted from my son on Mother's Day. Whenever I can capture a photo reference to create an original watercolor painting I consider that a special Gift!

The colours were rich and the image sharp.
