Pajama Sleepover Birthday Party Invitations

I thought the design was a perfect sample and meaning for my birthday, the size and texture and having to customize it myself made it more fun than ever and for the price you pay which includes the envelope was a bonus. the entire print came out amazing with no defects or issue, and for this reason ordered more items due to a satisfied costumer

I was pretty disappointed with this product as I had ordered 100 with 70 needed to be reprinted as the quality of print had a lot of defects, blotches and was noticeable, I had to get it reordered and reprinted twice, in saying that, the support group were absolutely fantastic in responding to my complaint twice and had my order reprinted and sent out back out to me within days, and I was able to send out my invitations in time. After having a set back twice with this order and almost giving up, I decided benefit of the doubt to continue to order again, the 2nd batch of reprints were 2mls smaller than the first batch and It annoyed me more, in the end I couldn't be bothered to raise another complaint and decided to just carry on preparing to send the invitations out because of time frame, this order was made into a booklet with two joined together and realised this order of cards was 2mls smaller than the front first card, I just had too many issues with this, may I suggest physically do a quality check on orders first before mailing items, can be costly for you and customers, A bit disappointed as I paid a lot of money for this, on a good note the prints came out beautifully

My overall experience with this product was great. Quality was excellent and design beautiful. I was satisfied with the printing. It turned out exactly how I expected.
