About This Design

Paradise and Rust Fleece Blanket

Paradise and Rust Fleece Blanket

A textured mixed-media artwork of a rusted modern shipwreck run aground on a vivid, saturated tropical beach, painted in bold, richly saturated colours reminiscent of vintage travel posters — vibrant turquoise water, warm golden sand, and lush green cliffs under a bright blue sky, with the rusted ship's warm orange-brown tones standing out dramatically against the scene. Rendered as if the top layer of paint or old poster paper is torn and peeling away in jagged organic shapes at the edges of the canvas, revealing plain aged canvas texture underneath. Visible paint drip streaks running down from the torn edges, heavy impasto brushstroke texture throughout the painted scene, with a single small accent of deep red paint bleeding through one torn section for dramatic contrast.

I was a little nervous to begin with, wondering about how it would turn out. I was delighted with the quality and softness of the Blanket and how well the photos turned out. I was excited to give the gift to my elderly Father. Image quality was better than I expected
