A great vintage bicycle draped in a spray of blue forget me nots with the Eiffel Tower in the background and a handwritten Paris address and postmarks from an old French letter are set against text from Victor Hugo's "Notre Dame du Paris" to make this lovely French themed decoupage or gift wrapping tissue paper.
