Paul McGehee "Old Baltimore Harbour" Card
A classic note card by the award-winning artist Paul McGehee. The Inner Harbour of Baltimore, Maryland was a busy place in 1930. The newly completed Baltimore Trust Building towered over one of America's most prosperous crossroads of commerce. Graceful white passenger steamers would dock along Light Street, taking on people and produce bound for all points on the Chesapeake Bay. The harbour was alive with the sounds of steam whistles and paddle wheels churning, and with the smell of spices and roasting coffee from food processing plants. It was the twilight era of working sail and steam vessels...a time we shall not see again. Each card comes with envelope.

We downloaded several photos which was simple and produced a very attractive personalised card for our 11yr old Granddaughter.
I was concerned that the card would not arrive on time but Zazzle came up trumps and the card arrived on the day before her birthday - perfect! I didn't see the card as it went straight to our family in New Zealand. However they did send a photo and it looked excellent!
