No, the Merchant Referral Bonus program rewards referrals of non-eBay merchants only. The merchant you referred may have mistakenly signed up for a Personal account instead of a Business or Premier account. Finally, the merchant may not have yet received $200,00 USD in payments – the minimum amount for you to receive your initial payout.
