Cute bag. I don't think you should have "Alexandra" in the personalization space already. I wanted a bag that said "Alyssa" and was quite disappointed when I received one that said Alexandra. I take responsibility - apparently I did something wrong, but usually a personalized item has a blank space and if not filled in, you are appraised of the error.
