The notepad was, as listed, complete with great, thick paper, and the top part kept the paper intact (even after I shipped it). I get nervous about letting others print my designs, but Zazzle went above and beyond my expectations. I cannot wait to have other products printed by them. I selected a quirky photo to add to the notepad to make it fun. I added 2 additional design elements, a monogram and a light color to tint each page. The overall color was a light eggnog or lemon shade. Created a monogram and placed it at top center. Positioned a fun photo in the bottom left corner and outlined the photo with captioned text. Voila! My masterpiece was created! Turned out great. The only small issue I had was placement of the photo and text in the bottom left corner. Although in proofing my design it showed up with extra space below the text and more of the image appearing, that got cropped in the final product. Just a small portion of one letter got "nipped" and the remainder of photo was enough. So would suggest that you position areas around the edges to have lots of extra border before putting to final print. Overall very pleased with result though.
