An elegant badge intended for a doctor or nurse (but can be also used for other employees). On both sides it has blue background and a white stripe with faux gold foil borders and golden texts inside. On the front it also has a photo in a faux gold foil frame, on the left, over the white stripe and the name - the first line of text - is written in bigger golden letters. The placeholder photo of a young female doctor or nurse in white coat is by Petr Kratochvil from Public Domain Pictures and has model release.
