The rim of the glass mug is sharp and could cut someone's lip. Replacement service was prompt and very easy, however replacement mug had the same problem. Thank you for the prompt refund. I had never ordered through zazzle before. Even though the product was unacceptable I will not hesitate to order from zazzle in the future due to the very prompt, efficient and fair customer service in dealing with this problem. Light and yellowish.

The mug actually exceeded my expectations. It has a very substantial feel to it and is enjoyable to use. The printing is very nice - just as expected. Since the mug is frosted glass, I knew the colors would be more subdued than the image online. Since I could add my initial, I can now keep up with my mug.
