very good quality, great for a gift. Well at first the print was not what I had requested (error), but once I brought this to customer support's attention, they sent me another cup with the correct printing right away and had it over-nighted to me so I could get it in time for my friend's birthday. They were also very helpful and super friendly!!

Love this size of mug. Really balanced in the hand and strong handle. Printing came out well. Good representation of what I scanned in.
