I actually had to order the product twice. The first time I ordered some of the letters were cut off, which I thought would be fixed prior to printing, but they were not. So As a note, make sure the entire letter is showing when completing your order. The second round once I had fixed the letters which took some major tweaking on my end they were correct, it definitely took some time however to get it perfect. I ordered the basic paper with nothing fancy added an I am happy with my decision. It is not overly glossy/shinny just the right amount for my taste.
