While the name of the factory changed over the years, they ended being called the Berliner-Joyce aircraft company. The plan you see before you is a Model F-19 Flying boat, they nicked named it the F Boat. There might have been other reasons they called it the F boat. Presently this location is a condominium, they kept the original walls.
