This poster was inspired by my student athletes who seem to have copious excuses as to why they miss work submission deadlines. Many of them are on the way to college on athletic scholarships yet have trouble internalising they are student athletes and not the other way around. When a student misses a deadline and requests an extension, I point to the poster and the conversation begins. Thanks to this poster the student knows exactly where the conversation is headed.
