This reproduction print is a rendering of a watercolor piece of fine art I created. I found a lovely vintage 1950s cocktail dress that was so beautiful, feminine, and delicate, that I had to make something with it. One of the reasons that I loved it so much, is it brought back memories of a dress I used to play dress up in as a little girl at my Grandmother's house. I then realised ... you can never be too old to play dress up. We, as women, do that every time we go shopping with friends and try on clothes. Or, when we are getting ready for a party and try everything we have on in the closet until we find "just" the right dress. Just another form of playing Dress up!
