This painting is another illustration for an upcoming book of short stories for which I am providing the illustrations. Another painting featuring "Poe" - a character in the book - she has a steampunk flair, living in a neo-Victorian world combining fairytale whimsy with arcane technology, with kind of a pollution/environment theme. Cool stuff! Here she is, riding on a magnificent pigeon as she flies over a desolate urban landscape with factories belching smoke into the sky. And of course, the obligatory airships! I originally ordered this print in a larger size but was not pleased with the clarity of it. When I contacted Zazzle, they responded really quickly and were very helpful. I was able to reorder the print in a smaller size and it was shipped to me within a couple of weeks. The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it.
I am so grateful to the customer service team for the professional way they handled my order. I had this printed on matt finish card and I was really pleased with the quality. The colours were rich and the image sharp.
