If you could see what I saw this morning at the beach, you'd know why plastic is such a menace. There were soda and water bottles, plastic caps, tampon holders, pieces of rope, bags, and any number of other items - they outnumbered the shells, seaweed, driftwood, and skate egg cases. Very sad.
