I did order this sweatshirt in a large and it was really big. I did contact customer service and was able to get a medium instead without any problems (their customer service is excellent). If you like polar bears the design is cute. The sweatshirt is comfortable (even a medium is a little big, but how I prefer my sweatshirts to be) and warm. As pictured - no complaints.
