With a large sandy beach at low tide, Polzeath is one of England's most well known beaches for surfing due to the Atlantic Ocean swells rolling in and therefore is a very popular place all year round. A short walk along the coastal path will take you to the nearby and often quieter beaches of Broadagogue Cove and Daymer Bay.
