Portrait of Kaiser Wilhelm II Magnet

It's a perfectly good refrigerator magnet. The portrait of Kaiser Wilhelm II is a good example of academic art: warm colors and good drawing. While the Kaiser is striking the usual vainglorious pose (the poor man couldn't help it, for reasons set forth in John Rohl's admirable biography Young Wilhelm), the subject is still striking and the colors work for the items I place under it on the fridge. I recommend it because the subject is different. I'd love to see Zazzle reproduce the Max Koner portrait of the Kaiser in the uniform of the Garde de Corps, posing with his crown and field marshal's baton amidst a setting of baroque columns. I was satisfied with the printing, the colors, and the image.

My work uses Velcro spots and laminated paper for the "clean/dirty" sign and has to replace it every few weeks (people resist using it as the Velcro dots peal off). I saw these and instantly purchased them for work AND our home dish drawers. I am really impressed by the quality and being raised slightly means they are easy to grab and turn over. Visual Such a great solution and highly recommended! The printing is great - I like the colourway and the font.
