This lion image has been produced from an original soft pastel painting of mine, he’s part of my wildlife collection of paintings. The title of the original painting is "I Am King!" because he’s such a wonderful example of a big cat, but I felt he was a sad creature too and yet still he reigns with poise and dignity. I tried to show the emotion in his soulful eyes, but it’s his amazing lions mane that I enjoyed painting more than anything else, well, actually, I loved painting every bit of this wonderful lion king. I think this beautiful lion looks great on this blank art card, and will be suitable for sending on all occasions or as a note card. I left the card blank for your own message.
