I let go of the anger and pain in order to welcome new beginnings into my life. Often times we aren't fully aware of our own power. We may talk to ourselves in ways that we don't question, because we have grown to trust our inner voice. That being said, if reflection leads to an awareness of where we are creating our own hurdles, then, we must take control of the inner voice and create new belief structures. To do that, we have to rephrase how we perceive things. Then it becomes a practice of repetition, until eventually, like riding a bike, it becomes natural and we no longer have to think about it. There is a joyful life waiting for us to accept—but first we have to believe.
