My cat, Lilly, is the subject for this image. Her green eyes stare straight at you from a black, furry face accented by white eyebrow whiskers, and just a speckle of white hairs down her nose. “Happy Halloween” is written in white, capital letters across the lower portion of the image. Lilly just moved into my house a month ago from the Humane Society, and seems to be settling down nicely. I know she’d love to prowl on Halloween night. Photo copyright Gail Storrs 2010.
