The Summer White House of the 41st U.S President, George Herbert Walker Bush, sits on Walker's Point in Kennebunkport, Maine, with a beautiful view of the rocky shoreline and crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
President Bush 41 died in November 2018, about eight months after the death of his wife Barbara. The house and other family residences on the nearly nine-acre estate will remain in the family.
The estate was purchased in the late 19th century jointly by David Davis Walker, great-grandfather to President George H. W. Bush and his son, St. Louis banker George H. Walker.
