Theophile Alexandre Steinlen (1859 – 1923) was a Swiss artist who became immersed in the avant-garde world of the Chat Noir Café after moving to Paris’ bohemian Montmartre section. In Paris, he created over 400 Art Nouveau illustrations, as well as advertisements and stylised nightclub posters, which often featured cats.

I have this poster hanging in my office! It's great! I've gotten a lot of compliments (which is mainly due to the artist who created it originally). The poster quality is great. I went with the poster paper -semi gloss and I'm happy with it. Not much glare off the florescent lights in my office. Text and colors are accurate compared to the photo on the web. I am happy with the purchase and the quality is what I expected.

I originally ordered this print in a larger size but was not pleased with the clarity of it. When I contacted Zazzle, they responded really quickly and were very helpful. I was able to reorder the print in a smaller size and it was shipped to me within a couple of weeks. The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it.
I am so grateful to the customer service team for the professional way they handled my order. I had this printed on matt finish card and I was really pleased with the quality. The colours were rich and the image sharp.
